It's my go-to spot, consistently great whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I recently had a wonderful lunch here with some colleagues, and it was an all-around perfect experience. The restaurant has a casual feel with delicious, fresh food that never disappoints. The whole group was impressed with their meals, and the hibiscus tea was a delightful choice as well. “ The service, location and food were way beyond expectations. We arrived at the same time as the hostess and were about to wait as she got settled, but you know what she did? Graciously and expeditiously seated us before doing anything else. Seconds later, the very sweet server took great care of us. I expected average breakfast potatoes but theirs are as delicious as they are colorful. Their berries are the freshest berries I've ever had at a restaurant. The beautiful food with the view of the intriguing red rock formations make a fantastic brunch. ”

“ Mesa Grill is on the Sedona Airport, most Airport restaurants are greasy spoons and good for only a breakfast fly-In, but the Mesa Grill is a great place to fly to for that hundred dollar hamburger, which none of us had. Guacamole prepared at the table side was awesome, as was all our lunch entries. We always take people hear from out of town and will definitely continue to do so, love it. ”
